Look at the new numbers for September… it’s not so hot. Some analysts are predicting a 20-30% drop in the Utah market. edged on my failing home builders who are selling $400-500,000 new houses at what amounts to a fire sale.
While RE values have began to flatten in Utah, business values continue to increase. The strong employment market and expanding Utah economy have kept values growing. Falling interest rates have brought down small business loan rates, assisting as well.
